All I really want is to be gaming I wont be doing any video editing, maybe a bit of light photoshop work just mainly gaming tho I was hoping this spec would run most games? at a decent framerate. I'm just over my limit so can't really spend more. any ideas / suggestions would begreat!

I'd go with an intel processor rather than an AMD, the i5-3570 should outperform the FX-8150 in gaming with more processor bound games. If it is mainly for gaming 8gb memory will be plenty, the caviar black is faster than the standard HDD you selected and the GTX 670 offers very close performance to the GTX 680 but more than £100 cheaper. The spec below will allow you to add a 2nd GTX 670 in the future to improve performance.

    Case
    COOLERMASTER CM690 MKII ADVANCED CASE
    Processor (CPU)
    Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-3570 (3.4GHz) 6MB Cache

    Memory (RAM)
    8GB SAMSUNG DUAL-DDR3 1333MHz (2 X 4GB)
    Graphics Card
    2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 670 - 2 DVI, HDMI, DP - 3D Vision Ready
    Memory - 1st Hard Disk
    128GB KINGSTON V200 SSD, SATA 6 Gb (300MB/R, 190MB/W) (Special Offer)
    2nd Hard Disk
    1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD1002FAEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm)
    1st DVD/BLU-RAY Drive
24x DUAL LAYER DVD WRITER ±R/±RW/RAM
    Power Supply
    CORSAIR 750W ENTHUSIAST SERIES™ TX750 V2-80 PLUS® BRONZE (£86)

    Sound Card
ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
    Network Facilities
10/100/1000 GIGABIT LAN PORT - AS STANDARD ON ALL PCs

thanks, I'm also thinking future proof.. that's why I choose the 16gb ram at a higher mhz didn't seem like much of a price increase if i'm honest.. and i'd read on a few sites that the amd was just below an i7 on gaming ? looks like i'm going to have to have a rethink :P

Higher memory bandwidth won't give any noticeable difference in gaming and most games use 4 or less cores. Regarding the i7, i5 and the FX-8150:

    2 x GTX 670 will outperform 1 x GTX 680 by a lot

If you want to overclock you need the i7-3770k and the cooler you chosen is fine however I'd suggest purchasing a pre-overclocked system from PCS to avoid instability issues with your system and be covered by their warranty.
