Bad reviews happen from time to time as an unhappy customer is far more likely to post a review than a happy one. Unfortunately from time to time things can go wrong and its not possible to win over the customer.

That said, We have won awards for our customer service (http://www.pcpro.co.uk/html/awards-2...x.php?pageId=2) along with several other nominations. Our happy customers number in the tens of thousands and after 7 years trading are still going strong.

We only use branded and reliable components in our machines and every machine is tested throughly before it is shipped. Returned machines are in no ones interest, least of all ours!

That said, that looks like a solid gaming rig and welcome to the forums!
I dont work for PCS anymore, fix it yourself!

Try searching Google for "pc specialist reviews" - you will see that the majority of the reviews posted are positive. We're far from perfect, but we have better reviews than most. You'll find that no matter what company you search for, you'll find negative reviews online somewhere. If you don't find any reviews on a company, they're either very small or haven't been established long enough.

As already mentioned, we'll help you as much as we can and if you were unlucky enough to have a problem it will be in our best interests to correct this as quickly as possible.

Our prices are already as keen as possible and we can generally only adjust our pricing to match a competitor quote, where we deem the specification is close that what we're offering. However, if you were to refer a friend we would be happy to offer you some form of credit for this, please ask us nearer the time for confirmation.

one thing you need to bare in mind is that providing a PC is still within warranty (min 3 years it seems) then they have to cover the cost of repairing whatever is wrong, not only do they pay for components but the time it takes to fix it and send it back again etc. There is no benefit for using cheap & unreliable components

As they also said you will find more bad reviews than you will good. If you were to read the BT forums you'd think noone in the UK had internet
