Both specs are great for gaming, the second is s lightly better because of the graphics card. However, I wouldn't say you needed the "PRO" version of the motherboard, so you could possibly save yourself a little money here.

You posted your original message in the Linux forum. Was this intentional, because you seem to have included Microsoft Windows 7 in your build. If you are going to be using Linux, you certainly don't want Windows, and you do need carefully to check compatibility of the motherboard and the cards. I can help with that. Now this is a beast, at £1450 for an extra £70ish add a 12x BLU-RAY RE-WRITER DRIVE? I would also opt for a 24" monitor minimum? also loose the soundcard/bigfoot N.W card?and get the 120gb ssd? the standard Windows 7 Home Premium is enough also? mouse/keyboard/speakers etc are down to u m8?
