I have an hp laptop that has a backup sofware - it allows you to partition the drive and if the OS failed then i can reload it without losing data on the other partition side. how can i do the samething if i bought a desktop with OS only ?? is it possible .

You can select partitions through the website if they are needed
I dont work for PCS anymore, fix it yourself!

Yes - when ordering you can configure partitions and we'll partition the drive for you. We don't however load a recovery partition.
