I need help on choosing a new spec. It will be used for normal browsing the internet and by my son who plays "World Of Warcraft".

I know they could be a little overkill for our needs but please comment and give me your thought.

Not only overkill but you could make better use of your budget. The following is far cheaper, uses the latest technology and has plenty of upgrade potential. It's still more than you really require for your needs:

Toms spec is very nice and well balanced Correct me if im wrong but world of warcraft tends to play up using crossfired cards, go with Toms spec!

I'd go with Tom's build but upgrade the GPU to a HD6970 and change the case back to the HAF-932 (if that's still what you want).

your son will be very happpy.
