General wait time for an RMA to be repaired?
Hello,
So I had to return my PC a 2nd time within a year last week. My question is, how long does a repair usually take in general? I don't want to seem impatient, just curious how long it will take roughly before I get my rig back. Feels like I have lost a limb, and cant wait to install my new parts when I get it back
Cheers

I think our average turn around for RMAs is 5 - 7 working days, so around about a week or so.

I can confirm that 5-7 working days is the norm, obviously this is dependant on stock.
I'll check the technicians report and get an update sent.

If it breaks, I get to fix it.
