Spec for use with Black Magic Intensity Shuttle

Could someone advise if the following spec is sufficient to run the intensity shuttle proficiently?

AMD PHENOM 11 X6 1090T (3.2GHZ/9MB CACHE
ASUS CROSSHAIR 1V FORMULA: DDR3, USB 3.0, SATA 6.0GB/S, R.O GAMER.
8GB SAMSUNG DDR DUAL-DDR3 133MHZ (2X 4GB)
ATI RADEON HD5830 PCI EXPRESS DIRECT X 11.
1TB HARD DRIVE.

Any help would be appreciated

This seems to indicate that you'd be better off with an Intel based PC with nVidia Graphics. Do you have a budget you are working towards? I'll try to put together a specification for you.

This should do the trick, the best thing to do would be to pop this in an email to the guys who make the Black Magic products & ask if it's ok - I'm 99% certain it will be but there would be no harm contacting them.

The specifications you sent are comprehensive and whilst the computers
resources appear adequate I cannot guarantee they will be suitable as We
have not qualified this system ourselves.

They should really test their equipment with new products - I'm almost certain it'll work - if any other forum members could comment it'd be appreciated, on the other hand you could go down the route of their "qualified PCs";

Med's build looks good, you should probably stick with an Nvidia graphics card but it doesn't matter as much which of the 2 CPU's you go for.
