    I understood that from drunkenmonkey's post, my query is regarding my credit card billing address and the us address I need to "create" not matching.

    Nope, all I used was my normal uk amazon account, and just change the billing address on my visa card from the one its registered to in the uk to to google's headquarters...

    1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, 94043

    It doesn't send any information there, and I've had no problems, did get charged 50p more though boooooo

    I agree with Vanthus, all this providing fake addresses to get round Amazon's rules sounds rather dubious to me whether it works or not.
