Loaded up fallout 3 to go for my second completion of the game on my new laptop.
Installed fine, loaded her up and played for about 5 mins then FREEZE!
Hmmmm fallout 3 has stopped responding so i shut it down via task manager, tried again and the same thing happens, about 5-10 mins of gameplay then the screen freezes, sound contiues for a while then gets stuck and loops.
    This happens everytime i try.

Can anyone help me to identify what the issue is, i would be ever so gratefull. I just want to walk the waste lands.

I used to have a similar issue except it would CTD. Have you got antialiasing on? On my old PC I had to turn this off/ have it a 2x, any higher was causing serious issues. Might not be related but worth a shot...

Have you got the latest update/patch installed too? Maybe it's a GPU driver error and you might need to update that?
