The spec is good and on the right track

I've adjusted it a little and this will give you better performence:

PCS MAELSTROM T900 BLACK GAMING CASE

    Processor (CPU)
    AMD PHENOM II X4 965 (3.40GHz/8MB CACHE/AM3) - BLACK EDITION

    Motherboard
    ASUS® M5A87: AM3+ PLATFORM, DUAL DDR3,SATA 6.0GB/s, USB 3.0

    Memory (RAM)
    4GB SAMSUNG DDR3 DUAL-DDR3 1333MHz (2 X 2GB)

    Graphics Card

24x DUAL LAYER DVD WRITER ±R/±RW/RAM

    Memory Card Reader
INTERNAL 52 IN 1 CARD READER (XD, MS, CF, SD, etc) + 1 x USB 2.0 PORT

    Processor Cooling
SUPER QUIET 22dBA TRIPLE COPPER HEATPIPE CPU COOLER (£19)

    Sound Card
ONBOARD 8 CHANNEL (7.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)

    Network Facilities
ONBOARD 10/100/1000 GIGABIT LAN PORT - AS STANDARD ON ALL PCs

    USB Options

    Operating System
    NO OPERATING SYSTEM REQUIRED

    Delivery
    REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (£30)

    Total: 679

    Configure it here

This may take you to the end of your budget but worth its performence. I've popped in a better cpu along with a better performing gpu which is the gtx560ti which should cope with some good levels of med-high setting, so long as some over demanding settings are turned off for some games but shouldnt affect you while you game and in return, get better fps
    CM STORM SNIPER | Intel i7-2600k | ASUS P8P67 DELUXE | 1.5GB GTX 580 | 16GB KINGSTON HYPER-X 1600Mhz
