Need advice on a PC just enough for Starcraft 2

Hello everyone,

I'm a new member and I don't really know anything about computer. I'm looking for advices to put together a pc that's powerful enough to play the recently released Starcraft 2 flawlessly (to run it with 'ultra' graphics setting without constantly lag lag lag). Also I intend to play it online with wifi because there's no cable connection in my dorm room. My budget is around £500 to £700.

Oh and I have an HD tv, can I connect my pc with it or I have to buy a monitor as well?

Yes, you should be able to connect your PC to your HDTV by the HDMI cable, as for your PC spec however, give me a moment and I will post an example for you to look at.
