24Gb of RAM and not overclocking? I doubt most things you'll be using this PC for won't even use half of that, I'd recommend switching down to 8Gb as a maximum for the time being.
What will you be doing that requires Win7 Pro? IF you're not sure, check out this page to see if Win7 Home will do everything you need http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...oducts/compare
I'd switch the HDD for a Caviar Black version for better performance.
From what I've read here, you won't notice the upgrade on the network card, the standard one that comes included should be sufficient.
And I also think you could go for a better motherboard, but I'm not very good with that so I'll leave it there for someone else to comment and most likely prove me wrong.

What will you be using the PC for? Gaming? Video editting and rendering?

Though whatever you do, I'd always recommend getting one more powerful GPU that two lower spec ones.

And yes, as TudorVII said, most people won't get anywhere close to using 24GB, unless you're going to be using highly intensive editting software like Maya, 8GB should easily be enough (with some to spare)

ill be using it for all of those. I do alot of gaming and high end image editing. Im also considering a career in 3D rendering so Maya is a possibility although not so much at the moment.

As Rakk has already pointed out it is always advisable to go for 1 powerhouse GPU than 2 lesser ones and for an extra £3 you could change them 2 GTX560TI cards to 1 GTX580 1.5GB and with that PSU you have it will leave plenty of breating room if you add a second GTX580 at a later date, also do you really need the water cooling personally i would just go with the Titan Fenrir Evo and lastly you might want to add a second HDD if you are editing always good to have a back up drive.

Sorry i did not notice on the second spec you changed the mother board to the premium is there any reason for this as you should be perfectly fine with the standard and it's £69 cheaper apart from that i would say it's good to go

*Edit* I have just noticed you chaged the PSU on your last spec to the 1010W unbranded i would change that back to the branded Corsair 1050W.
