    I know your gutted with your experiance with PCS but they still do amazing in the PC area. Ask anyone on the forums, if you have a problem, PCS will do their best to help. The delivery of products is the responsibility of the delivery company ie Yodel etc.. PCS earned their award fair and square.

    I agree, liam, i'm not here to generalize about all of their jobs and customers. Just my own experiences.. which I believe should be expressed, whether people had the same experience or not. People just need to have both sides of a picture, and yes I agree my side of it is a very ugly side, and maybe very rare. Doesn't stop the fact it's happened and still on going.

    i voted too, only had two issues thus far (touch wood); a bios glitch meant the fan was running at full pelt - a common problem at the time fixed in this forum and also my dvd writer went which was replaced next day after a quick chat on the phone.
