Boosting internal cooling

I was looking for some advice -

here's my current PC Spec

I wanted some more cooling for my Card - on FFXIV at max settings, the fan hits 70-80% and becomes noisy.

I was looking at the following

now for the Gelid GPU Cooler, i think you have to take the current GPU Case off, right? and just attach the power connectors? anyone know how difficult this is?

Also, would the RAM cooling be recommended? I'm not sure how many mobo power output slots i have available/left over as I have 3 Case fans connected the mobo for power, are there any more on this mobo? I'm not too sure what i'm looking for.

and last but least was looking at replacing the case fans, does anyone have any experience with the following?
