EFI PXE 0 for IPv4/6 boot failed issue with 2 month old laptop

Hey All
So having trouble with laptop from pcspecialist (that i got the parents) that is only 2 months old and in the last week and a half they have been getting EFI PXE 0 for IPv4/6 boot failed messages coming up when trying to start the laptop

of course did a little googling including this same issue cropping up in posts on this forum, so had them disable the UEFI network stack which seems to be a problem solver for some here and there is no other hard drive to mess up the boot order

So looking for suggestions

saw from other posts on here people asking for screenshots and the laptop build, so that's on here too to help expedite things

So there's a thing called a boot order, the network stack boot will be attempted if the primary boot drive boot fails.

So it appears the primary SSD is failing to boot.

From the second image, it appears that the second drive is being seen by the OS, so this would suggest that the windows boot manager is possibly corrupt.

You could try a startup repair using a bootable USB windows key from here (assuming you're still on win 10)

thinking ahead, if the windows repair does not do the trick (will be nipping out tomorrow to try it), anything else it might be?

It's possible the M2 is loose in the socket and removing it fully and reinserting it may fix it.

If none of that helps, then it's likely a flaky SSD at a guess.

Forgot to update this before for anyone who might end up with similar

Laptop got sent back for repair twice
first time the SSD was swapped out and was not a proper fix
second time both the SSD and RAM was swapped out and that seemed to resolve it

Might help someone in future
