NVRAM Reset Condition has been detected

Good afternoon
After some advice. I have had my gaming laptop for just over 4 years. I have now started getting an error when I switch it on. If i click on OK it continues into Windows. Is this something that can be easily sorted?

My specs are as follows;

This would normally be due to the CMOS battery on the motherboard.

The CMOS is what saves all the settings in the BIOS, to do this it needs to have a constant charge even when powered off, so it has a small pen style battery feeding it with tiny power supplied to maintain settings.

Sounds like this battery may have run out of juice.

They're extremely simple to swap over, normally on a laptop, they look like this:

You'll need to remove the bottom cover and find where it is and swap it out for a replacement
