My nice new work HP ZBook G9 is a very nice machine in itself (not a gaming machine of course), but once all the company's bloatware (anti-virus, anti-theft, encryption, asset management, not to mention MS Teams and the VPN software that looks like it was built in Visual Basic) goes on it becomes a supersonic jet taking off.

Rule one on any branded laptop, first thing you do is a clean install to remove any of the bloatware except the management driver.

Lenovo and Dell are the worst

Is there anything on the notebook GPU performance yet? I guess it's early days but I just had a go with the 13700H and a 4070 notebook and was less than impressed to be honest. I get that they're typically cut down, but the 13700H and 4070 is scoring about 2000 points lower than my 9900k with 2080 did.
