This is amlost certainly a memory issue. At the moment you have no new RMA's generated on your account. Please ensure you contact us by telephone to arrange an RMA on the memory so that we can fix this issue for you.

i phoned this morning at around 9:30 (forgot who i was talking to sorry lol)

anyway he said he'd get the ram sent out.

Good stuff. People on these forums will become more and more familiar with the idea of it being more of a case of finding out what the problem isnt and then eliminating all possibilities until the problem is found. It can be a bit of a mess around, and if people prefer we can always bring it back for repair.

yeah it was definatly the ram im running on 2 gigs right now and ive had no problems in the last 8 hours or so

just to be sure your sending all 4 ram sticks? just wondering because 1 is working so you mite send 3

The callcentre guy came in and asked that question and was told to send all 4.

He will not fail me.

It looks like we will have it availiable for tomorrow and dispatched the same day, should be with you on monday if i had to guess.
