allready written a testimonial when first receiving this excellent laptop, sadly it developed a fault on the motherboard part way through but these things happen. I would like to thank pcspecialist for a smooth return and rma process which was handled very professionally and swiftly despite me forgetting to put an rma number on the package I returned to them. The repair service was impeccable and faultless with constant updates to the rma process as it went through the various stages and even a fault report was written to let me know what went wrong with it which is amazing compared to some rma services where you never know the fault. So basically pc specialist whether it be for initial purchase, support, rma returns, quality of service, speed of delivery and return they are faultless on all aspects and am a very happy customer. I am so thankful to them for everything with my laptop so far and cannot rate their wonderful service high enough! |

Very professional service. Would certainly recommend to anyone.
I bought a custom built machine for high end games a few years back now. almost went with an alienware pc but thought i would be paying for all the flashy lights that do nothing but....flash!
PCspecialist prices were slightly lower and they had more options for removing the pointless flashy lighty bits that cost a bomb!
The build took a good while due to a release delay on CPU part, but it was very easy to keep track via phonecall and get a current update on build situation.
Delivered ontime and in perfect condition. had no problems setting up. all components were correct and all software correct and installed. all relevant paperwork(software keys) stored neatly in a box for keeps. even got a starters guide for those not technically minded!
That was about 4 years back. still running same system with same components (i have changed the HDD) and still receive annual emails from pcspecialist to check if alls well!
we bought a laptop from here too and the HDD died within a year. that was replaced for free without argument. i will be doing my next system upgrade here without doubt. |

My PC arrived in excellent condition after a build time that was reasonable. My online build was modified after consultation with Sales, resulting in a slightly better spec and a resulting drop in price. I wanted a quiet/fast PC for Video/Photography work and that was what I now have. After I loaded my software and peripherals I had a couple of issues, but after consulting Customer Service they were able to solve both of them for me - Thanks C/S.

I am over the moon with my custom desktop from PCS. I had a bit of a wait due to them being extra busy, and then waiting for them to get Caviar Black 2TB HDDs in, but the wait was well worth it. Being able to follow the stage a custom PC is at is great, as is being able to tweak and amend the order easily. The fact that PCS has a very well attended forum also made by decision to buy easier. I was also very happy with their delivery service. Being able to track a parcel and then obtain a one hour delivery estimate was excellent. My brother is looking at getting a new PC soon. Can you guess where he is getting it? I hope my new PC is good for a long while yet, but I'll have no hesitation in coming to PCS for upgrades or my next PC in some years. |

I ordered a replacement screen for my laptop which I was struggling to order elsewhere because everyone was trying to palm of substandard compatible screens. I ordered from a very helpful sales person and the transaction could not have been better, the price was brilliant, delivery cost very reasonable for next day and confirmation that the screen was the exact one I was after. The screen was delivered exactly when promised well packaged and perfect.

Had my new Gaming rig for 10 days now and it has been the best computer i have had in a long time. The setup of the computer was smooth because of all the help full email i got sent to me .The updates on the computer researched me that it was in good hands. The computer has been better for my Graphic Designs too . And recording games has been a breaz.
