Is it still possible to make any changes? It's a beast of a processor but I'd have gone for a beefier cooler. Maybe changed the RAM for less but faster too. Is it for gaming?

We love you Ukraine
I would also swap the PSU for a Txm series, the VS will not be suitable on that processor.

Agree also on the RAM, if it's for gaming, there's zero benefit to over 16Gb

Also all depends what monitor you're pairing it with?

You're buying an i9 CPU, with 32gb of slow RAM, a cheap SSD, a cheap cooler, and a 2080 ti in a £50 case, all powered by a VS series PSU.

What is this for? What is the budget? if it's just for gaming, what monitor are you using it with?

Pretty much whatever the answer to those questions, I'd highly recommend cancelling the order immediately, getting some advice, and submitting a fresh order that doesn't undermine itself in lots of different ways.

it's purely for gaming and streaming here and there the budget is £2300 I rand pcs and asked if it would run ok with everything in there and they said yea I haven't got a monitor yet was going to go get one the day of the pc

I swapped to the 650 txm series and upgraded the ram to 16 gb 3000
Change to CORSAIR 650W TXm SERIES™ SEMI-MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET from CORSAIR 650W VS SERIES™ VS-650 POWER SUPPLY
Change to 16GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3000MHz (2 x 8GB) from 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 2400MHz (2 x 16GB)

These changes look good.

around £500
Any less would mean you were wasting the performance of the system. You should be aiming for a gsync/compatible monitor at 1440p 144hz or 4k 60hz with this build.

This is one of the slowest SSDs on offer. Drop it and get an M.2 SSD. The 660p is at least faster for a similar price. Though ideally I'd get a 1TB WD Black / 970 Evo.

The 9900k is a small nuclear reactor. Get the H100x cooler. Standard paste for the H100x is fine as it has its own good paste

COOLERMASTER MASTERBOX K500 RGB GAMING CASE
I'd get a more upmarket case to house components of this level, especially from a cooling point of view.
