If contacting by email it takes a few days for a reply, always best to call.

I only say disappointing because the past times I have emailed them they have replied the same day (Even though it was sunday yesterday), I didn't mean it in a negative way.

Just a quick update, as I have a freshly installed Windows I've gone back and disabled my OC and am not using the XMP profile for my ram, going back to 2133 from 3200, had a good full day of gaming and no issues. Not heard from PCS which is quite disappointing, next time I post is if I hear something, but I'm gonna carry on my PC as it is now and see if its gonna hold up, another thing I'm also doing is normally when I play a game with a controller I have a USB bluetooth dongle that I use so I've gone back to wired connection for now just to rule that out too, probably wasn't it but never know.
That's encouraging, nice work. :)

If you can prove that it's stable in that state then you can try reapplying your various OC features one at a time to see whether you can isolate what hardware is causing your problems, then you can call PCS with some very detailed troubleshooting information.

If they're busy then email often takes a bit of a back seat. The dog and bone is always the best way to contact them.

Alright got a reply, suggested sending it in for an RMA for checking and repairing if need be, going to wait till next monday and try my "fix" out for the rest of this week, as I don't want to be computerless for the weekend too. o_O

Oof, just seen that because my PC is out of the year warranty I could be charged for any parts that need replacing, I might not go through with it at all since I don't know what could be doing it.

They’ll contact you before replacing anything to let you know of cost. They wouldn’t just replace things and charge you without asking if it was ok.
