Advice required on spec please!

Hi all, I'm looking to replace my 9 yr old Dell laptop and I'm considering the spec listed below. It will be used mainly for general day-to-day stuff including some photo editing but will need to last a good few years. It's not going to be used for high level gaming. Any thoughts/tips/suggestions?

Define high level gaming

The graphics card in the Cosmos is old and weak, and while it will run most older games reasonably well, it has little headroom for future titles. The Optimus chassis is little more expensive and packs a GTX 1650. Which is not a powerful GPu either, but at least has some level of headroom for future titles.

Ditch the anitvirus - Windows Defender is at least as good these days. And is free.

Agree with Oussebon, plus once your 30-day Microsoft Office has expired you can save money by going with Libre or Open Office, both free and very good.
