Hello we just received a new PC Specialist desktop today the exact same model I bought 4 weeks ago so we'd have Two and Im happy with mine.
Unfortunately first red flag when I opened the box and took out the PC I noticed there was NO internal packaging or a warning label reminding the person to remove before operating like mine had. Then switching the system on the fans keep revving up then down and the internal lights go on and off in time with the fans.
My PC of exact same model the lights are constantly on in a breathing animation where as the new one goes dark then light dark then light... So, this got me thinking how do I control the lights on this? Can anybody help me if they know? Im going to send the faulty PC back but I'd like to know for mine anyway.
The model bought from Currys PC world is Vortex ST-S Gaming PC - i7, RTX 2070 Super, 2TB HDD & 512GB SSD
motherboard is ASUS Prime B460M-A (LGA1200)
