Thanks for the feedback and especially good to see you've used PopOS which is quite a favorite.

Will add this to the Linux thread.
Yeah Pop_OS has been so easy. Fan management, nvidia support and GPU management, cpu management straight out of the box. The only 'manual' work I had to do was setting up a large enough encrypted swap partition, as their auto-encrypt swap partition is locked at 4gb, and installing some software from TUXEDO laptops to manage the Clevo LED keyboard. All up and running now - very pleased.

I think if PCS were ever to ship with Linux, it would have to be a strong contender - easy to set up, GNU 3 license so no legal issues making commercial use of it, and generally a very user friendly linux experience. Even having just one solid laptop that they knew worked with pop and that they shipped ready-to-go would be a great thing to see.

I actually have the same configuration and tried to install both PopOS and ubuntu 18.04LTS, but sometimes it used to freeze and not respond anymore. I had to remove the battery manually, or else it wouldn't shut down even pressing the power button!
I ended up formatting everything and installing back windows, and now I'm waiting to check whether is a hardware-related issue or what. I'm appending the log I used to see when this crashes occurred, same flooding messages were both in Ubuntu and in PopOS.

If you need the complete logs for curiosity, let me know.
