It is to go with either

Gigabyte G34WQC Curved 34" VA 1500R (3440 x 1440) 144Hz 1ms FreeSync/G-Sync Compatible, Ultrawide Gaming Monitor, Black

or

AOC Gaming CU34G2X - 34 Inch WQHD Curved Monitor, 144Hz, 1 ms, VA, AMD FreeSync,

Any advice , cost cutting etc would be appreciated...
I cant go for the big fancy cooler as
wont fit case (doesnt fit quite a few cases) and this time i want to go a little blingy...
gaming in the main Lotro type games and branching out into new(er) as i will hopefully ahve a pc that can cope

Looks like a lovely build and a good match for the monitors. A few tweaks you can make:
  • downgrade the motherboard -- the 5800X doesn't need the Strix model
  • possibly upgrade the boot SSD -- the 980 Pro is super-super-fast
  • get a better cooler -- the Cooler Master 240 will be far better than the PCS one
This comes to £2210, so not a massive saving but a bit! And it's definitely a better build. You could keep the SSD as the 970 if you want to save a bit -- it would still be Really Very Fast.

Thanks both for speedy response..but i really fancy having the rgb on the cooler fans .. think the 980 is a good call, and could go with the Asus Tuf 570 , Im sure in the past few months pc specialist had more rgb cooler choice or was it my imagination ?

The PCS cooler doesn't have RGB fans, it's just an area on the pump head that's RGB.

But it's not enough for the CPU, it will run for a little while before collapsing under the sustained heat, it's not designed for that processor.

Up until recently they had the H100i Platinum which would have been perfect and has full RGB fans as well as RGB pump header.

Yeah, the cooler selection is definitely reduced from what it was a couple of months ago. You could place the order with the build we suggested and hope that something more colourful comes into stock while you're waiting for it.

I for one certainly wouldn't want the FrostFlow cooler on my PC, no matter how shiny it is! (The picture in the configurator definitely suggests it is RGB, @SpyderTracks.) It's a faff, but it's not impossible to add fans to the system after you buy it...

Lucky I've been coming up with one that fits a fancy AIO Cooler ;)

Changing to the TD500 Mesh, it allows you to have the larger Corsair Cooler which will be significantly better than the PCS cooler and will come with more RGB. The TD500 also has 3 ARGB fans. As others have said, the strix mobo isn't needed and I've spent that saving on a faster M.2 SSD. The RGB RAM is also very tall ram meaning the AIO would have to be front mounted which isn't optimal for airflow so I've changed it for the standard non-ARGB stuff so the AIO can be top mounted for exhaust (And I've removed the extra case fan you had)

Case
COOLERMASTER MASTERBOX TD500 MESH ARGB GAMING CASE
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X Eight Core CPU (3.8GHz-4.7GHz/36MB CACHE/AM4)

Edit.... The PCS does have RGB fans, but it's still not suitable for the processor though.

You could fit the coolermaster 240, and order 3 x RGB fans on the configurator, then call up and ask PCS to fit them to replace the stock coolermaster fans.

My new thing, since discovering some more of the Lian Li cases thanks to posts by @SpyderTracks is buy your own case.
Few suggestions (£80 to £150 mark) Some I think you would need to buy fans like the Lian Li, dont appear to come with the case.
Youve got a healthy budget though, you could make a genuinely unique build and looking elsewehere gives a much bigger range.

Lian Li 011 Dynamic Mini (Still an ATX board, also a Midi version available)
Corsair 4000D (Not on PCS atm, used to have)
Corsair Obsidian 500D (NOT SE version, so about £50 less but no front glass panel)
Fractal Meshify C (again, normally part of PCS range but vanished recently)
Fractal Define S2 Midi Tower

I hate the Lian Li O11 Dynamic 🤣🤣

Pcs’s discount on the Lian Li Lancool 215 blows my mind. I just wish with the Lian Li Lancool II, they would add the mesh version.

Also Phanteks P400A and P500A would be great choices. My favourite cases though are the 4000/5000 cases from Corsair.
