I have already and got a quick response as well, sadly they said call the number. I've emailed again but the last response took 5 hours so I'm not expecting another until moday or Tuesday sadly
If you’re in an office on a work line there will be a number to allow outside calls, otherwise it will default to internal calls, perhaps it’s that. Usually it’s 9

So I got through at around 4pm and they said "phone back on Tuesday"

Am I going to lose £1273 here?
As already said, you haven't lost anything, that's not how banking works.

It will just take a couple of days for the transaction to balance and be returned to your account.

They likely said that as the finance team don't work weekends.

Will it just take a few days? I'm reading online that this can talk over 30 days which is very annoying. This would no pc for 42+ days

Normally stuff like that is only a few working days, obviously noting that Tuesday is the next working day.

I doubt you would lose money that would be theft and pc specialist are a reputable company
You're right I'm just panicking. I just don't see how they can take the money and still leave my order on "no payment" and then email me "unfortunately your order has not been purchased successfully" and "the total order price is 0.00" in. The same email.

The whole point is that they haven't received the money, it's stuck in between transfer.

It's up to your bank to recognise that and cancel the transaction, then it will be returned to your account.

it's not gone anywhere it's simply that it's stuck in a failed transfer.

But how come the order price is now £0? Also is said at first "money is in translation phase" or something like on the app but now thats gone, Wouldn't that mean they accepted it?

I don't mean to be a hassle btw, I'm just confused because it no longer says it's in that period.

If its ringfencing after a failed debit, you are normally looking 3 to 5 working days most, normally less than 3.

Your money is not going to vanish, it simply isnt going to happen and multiple people have tried to tell you. I get its worrying as its a big chunk of cash, but there is nothing to worry about. Ive over 15 years of dealing with similar stuff to this, trust me, you'll be fine.

Worst case scenario is it went through and for some reason the PCS system glitched and marked it as failed....not impossible, but again, correctable. the worst thats actually going to happen is the inconvienence.

Are you purchasing in the UK from a UK bank?

Have you checked your bank account to see if the money has officially left your account?

Banks will ringfence amounts paid on debit cards if asked to do so, but then may reject making the payment for various reason (including insufficient funds, failed fraud checks - for your own protection, etc) - have you spoken with your bank in the first instance to see if the money has gone or reasons why they may have failed the transaction completing? Also check with bank where the transaction went to and if they have any reference numbers you can give vendor to help them track it.

Then when you confirm the money has gone from the bank, phone PCS and quote date, time of transaction for them to check and if bank gave you one the reference of the transaction - this will help PCS check their records for receipt.

As for the configuration now saying invoice due £0, its probably an error or just pointing out that the order has been cancelled due to no payment and therefore you no longer owe anything - but again after you confirm with bank, discuss with them in further details.

Are you buying any of this on finance and has the finance been rejected - therefore any deposit paid is likely to be refunded shortly.

Don't need to panic. PCS is a legitimate company. Second of all, when you make a payment, it goes through a payment gateway. If money gets put aside in your bank account, but payment not confirmed by a merchant it simply means during a transaction something didn't get along and that happens. All merchants allocate these type of ghost payments manually when they reach a merchant when it not allocated automatically. In my previous work we used to do allocations only once a week, that's why best is to call PCS during working days, as they will be able to check and allocate it manually once it clears your account. I'm pretty sure the money hasn't left your account yet and is just a pending transaction (funds reserved, but not claimed by merchant yet as interbank systems do a clear & confirm during working days only). It may even happen that PCS may ask you to call back on Wednesday as if your bank is different than PCS', it would take longer. For example, I bought a PC from PCS last week and it took 3 or even 4 working days to get it cleared (that was also because my account is in Ireland, not UK).

I understand this type of experience may have happened to you the first time, especially with such amount of money, but it happens, and it's a usual stuff which can be fixed. Money doesn't just disappear - bank and payment systems are build very well and there's always the way to find the path to your money for certain transactions.

It means that your order is paid, but at some stage of the process the system couldn't recognise that. This may happen due to a lost internet connection to a server for even less than a second or some other reason in the background of the system. It's a several stage process and these things simply happen.

Yeh I'm using a uk bank in the uk and not on finance.

The money has left my account and has apparently gone to pc specialist ltd although this is all according to the app.

If the order was cancelled, wouldn't it say that on their order page inside of "awaiting card payment"

OK - has it CLEARED from your account or is it in 'PENDING' payments - who are you banking with?

If it has CLEARED, then check for any reference numbers and provide those / date / time etc of cleared payment to PCS to track the payment.

PCS will track the payment by date, time and amount ;)
