If your with Lloyds tsb a normal thing to happen with them is to give a example

Joe pays £2000 for a new pc and transfers money to pc specialist

Pc specialist receives payment notice

Bank is like woe joe dosent just spend £2000 this is unusual will need to clarify joe wants to do this
Email or ring joe to authorize payment

And or joes delivery address is to manchester but his billing information is liverpool

Your money I promise you is not lost or missing all banks have traceability I imagine its stuck in pending and waiting to clear !

I know but every little bit of detail helps and if they are already saying it’s not paid then the extra reference might help

Sometimes too much of information is not helpful, in regards to finding a payment as it may lengthen the resolution timeframes. Best when OP calls to PCS just briefly explain the situation and answer to the required questions rather than giving every single detail.

OK - has it CLEARED from your account or is it in 'PENDING' payments - who are you banking with?

If it has CLEARED, then check for any reference numbers and provide those / date / time etc of cleared payment to PCS to track the payment.
I think it cleared because for the first few hours there was a message saying it was "in transition" or something like that.

I'm using Monzo and I had to confirm it was me doing the transfer straight away because it asked me to.

I don't see a reference number but I see a time and date

I'd never heard of Monzo so I looked them up. Wikipedia says this...
As part of its effort to fight fraud, Monzo was found to be freezing customer accounts, and was investigated by the BBC's Watchdog programme for this.[78] In a response to this investigation, the company claimed that many of these account closures take place if the bank "suspect there's financial crime"[79] however affected customers explain that their money is frozen for weeks at times, and for legitimate customers, this is quite the issue.[80]

Due to the relative ease with which bank accounts can be created and accessed at Monzo - compared to a traditional brick and mortar bank, they are a popular method for online scammers to extract money from their victims.[81]

And only last year vice.com reported accounts being frozen...
