I just got my 15,6" RECOIL with the Ryzen 5900HX, I noticed that when I remove the charger my speakers crackle for a good 10 seconds. I thought that THX spatial audio was causing it. So I tried to remove it. Now my speakers are not working anymore. Can someone please tell me what to do to get them working again?

You can do if you want, it's basic windows stuff though, you're going to have to do this fairly regularly, you'll need to know how to do it all.
Just go into device manager, sound video and game controllers section, in there you'll find the audio driver, right click and uninstall, then reboot and it should automatically reinstall it.
Ok, total noob here. Just to make sure I do not make things work. I should click "Uninstall device". Cause last time I did that for a keyboard driver my old laptop did not want to recognize my keyboard anymore and I could not install the driver again and had to do a windows resore.

It's just a driver, you just reinstall it if windows doesn't automatically install it.
Yeah, I reinstalled the audio driver again and it works again, I also removed the THX stuff and now the audio popping and crackling are fixed. Is there a reason I should keep THX?

Yeah I am not a fan of audio processing. Now the speakers only crackle for a short time when I remove the Charger. Is that normal?If it is all working and you're happy you can leave it if you want, the THX app can add some nice quality to the audio but it is not essential. Depends on how much of an audiophile you are

Are you sure you configured windows correctly? What method did you use to install? How did you install drivers?
Uhm well before, I had the sound not working, then I did a windows reset hoping it would fix it. then I reinstalled the audio driver and uninstalled the THX spatial audio. I do not remember if the light bar was working before all that.
I have the latest version of the control center from the download page.
