Ok can you take a photo inside the case, especially the cooler rad and pump
Looks like the radiator needs cleaning, however the noise is from the back not the front where the radiator is.

@arrmar that PC needs a really good clean! There is dust and muck in the radiator and on all the fans. The noise of which you complaining is very likely an unbalanced fan in the PSU caused by dust and muck build up. If you leave it like that the bearings will wear prematurely and then you'll really hear some noise.

Hello, I'll try and disconnect the pump when back home from work, but yes the radiator is higher than the pump. I'm guessing it might be the build up of dust, I've managed to clean the front fans, but will need to look on how to clean the radiator etc, i'm not tech savvy unfortunately. I've heard that cleaning the Power supply unit can be dangerous and risk electric shock even if unplugged etc.
Hi, yeah I figured that might be the actual problem. Any recommendations on cleaning the Power supply unit as I've seen comments on videos on how to to do it saying it's dangerous to do?

Thank you all, spent yesterday afternoon giving it a good clean with the Compu Cleaner I got, surprisingly not too bad inside. However the noise is still there. @Martinr36 when you say disconnect the pump, do you mean unscrew it and take it off (tubes disconnect as well) then turn the pc back on?
Pcspecialist tech support are saying it sounds like coil whine or the fan could be getting caught on something. I'll disconnect the psu again and have a look - it was a nightmare first time due to the case design.

Don't remove the pump head, there's a cable that runs from the pump to the motherboard just disconnect that cable at the motherboard end.

On the video is sounds alot like a hdd needle skipping as it reads could you disconnect the hdd and see if the noise stops ?
Hi, I disconnected the cable from the pump at the motherboard end and there was no noise, however even when it was connected before there would be no noise straight away. It lasted 6 hours today, then the noise started again.
I checked the psu fan and it's not catching on anything and the psu is clean, as was suggested by tech support.
@jamiephillips909 I don't have a hdd with this pc, thanks for the suggestion though.

When the noise started again today did you disconnect the pump then to see if the noise was still there
Hi, just done it, the noise stopped briefly but came back while pump was still disconnected.
