lhr card

so im buying a computer to use for mining and gaming and i notice some cards have lhr and others dont but when i look online it says this

but on pc spsecialist it says this

it says 3070ti isnt lhr even though on the first picture it says it is. can someone clear up the confusion for me

The later generation TI cards (3080TI and 3070TI) were only made in LHR versions so it's automatically assumed they'd be LHR versions and therefore doesn't need to be stated. The earlier releases (All excluding the two above) initially came in FHR versions then to combat miners NIVIDA released the LHR versions. As there are both FHR and LHR versions of these cards PCS have decided to state whether they have the LHR or FHR ones in.

To make sure you're getting the card you want, as above, I'd recommend contacting PCS, although I'd be surprised if they actively stock LHR cards now

so the 3070 isnt lhr?
