Hello. Yesterday I received my computer from PCSPECIALIST. I have a little problem with the monitor. Model :

PCS BD24 23.8" IPS MONITOR.

There were no assembly instructions in the box. I assembled the monitor stand myself, but the monitor is tilted forward. The screw is tight, but the monitor is crooked. Additionally, when it is manually corrected, it goes down.
Do you have any ideas on how to fix it?.

**Sorry for my English.**

Can you share some pics, not many people would be familiar with this monitor as it is unique to PC Specialist?

This is a monitor from PCSPECIALIST. I don't know if I captured the curvature correctly in the photos. The monitor stand appears to be very unstable. The second photo shows the monitor is upright when held with the hand

Best to contact PCS in this instance.

And where is the instability coming from? Which part of the stand seems loose? Green, blue, red or somewhere else?

Could well be. What I’d be checking is making sure all parts are in the correction position (not upside down, wrong orientation, etc) and that the correct screw was used. For example if the screw width was too small, it might allow the stand to wobble. If it all looks correct, contact PCS for resolution or replacement.
