OK, I understood that, I just wanted to know if anyone had tried it. I have bought 6 PC's from them and ran Linux on all of them with no problems.

Linux has come a long way in the last few years, particularly regarding GPU driver support.

It's less and less the case that it won't work, but usually it's things like the touchpad and keyboard lights that require a bit of "hacking" to get working.
