Unable to Boot from USB in BIOS

I have a USB PenDrive with Linux on and am unable to boot into it with my laptop. I have a desktop from PC Specialist which allows me to boot into the os (so I know nothing is wrong with the USB).

Whenever I go into the Boot Options, I can't see an option to boot from USB and after searching online, it seems I have a different BIOS menu to everyone else. Here are the specs for my laptop:

Chassis & DisplayProteus Series: 15.6" Matte Full HD 144Hz 72% NTSC LED Widescreen (1920x1080)
Processor (CPU)Intel® Core™ i7 Six Core Processor 9750H (2.6GHz, 4.5GHz Turbo)
Memory (RAM)32GB Corsair 2666MHz SODIMM DDR4 (2 x 16GB)
Graphics CardNVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 Ti - 6.0GB GDDR6 Video RAM - DirectX® 12.1
1st M.2 SSD Drive1TB INTEL® 660p M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (upto 1800MB/sR | 1800MB/sW)
1st Storage Drive1TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA 120 2.5" SSD, (upto 560MB/sR | 540MB/sW)

And here is a video of the Insydh20 BIOS menu that I can see:

Is there something I'm missing or do I not have the ability to boot into the OS? I don't want to install it onto my Windows 10 laptop, just boot into it like I can on my desktop computer.

I go into BIOS -> Security -> Secure Boot Configuration and "Secure Boot Option" is set to "Disabled" already.

Is there another setting that I might be missing?

The USB option should be in Boot -> Boot type order
Just a note of my experience. I have booted from usb and installed Linuxmint 19.3 on several computers when 1. Secure Boot is enabled and 2. Legacy Mode is disabled. However, for this to suceed it seems that the usb has to be prepared in such a way that it is recognised as UEFI compatable. Exactly what that means I am not sure but I have always prepared these usb pendrves from a running linux system (not MS Windows) and downloading the latest iso image from LinuxMint website. It may be necessary to turn MS Windows Fast Startup off.

There are some hints on booting here: https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=243942
More hints here for when EFI system will not boot usb: https://linuxmint-installation-guide.readthedocs.io/en/latest/efi.html
Also I always use rEFInd as the boot loader which may help. There is lots of accurate and detailed information on Rod Smith's website but it can be hard to work out just what is needed. http://www.rodsbooks.com/refind/

Here are some notes that I wrote on the forum about my experience with rEFInd and preparation of a suitable usb for installing linux.

I hope this may help. Please let us know how you solve this problem eventually.
Kind wishes, Ian
