Just get on with it, only takes half an hour or so, here's how to do it:

Download a new copy of Windows using the Media Creation Tool (Second option on linked page) to an 8GB (min) USB.
Boot that USB and choose a Custom Install.
Delete all UEFI partitions on the system drive (EFI System, Recovery, MSR Reserved, Primary).
Select the unallocated space that results and click the Next button. The installer will create the correct partitions and install Windows.
Run Windows Update repeatedly, even across reboots, until no more updates are found.
You may need/want to download and install the latest graphics driver from the Nvidia/AMD website (they change so regularly the latest version isn't always in the Windows libraries).

This is also worth a watch

Tried to do this and the download didn't get past 0%. Three attempts were made.

Have you got access to another computer you could do it on to create the USB boot drive?

Know its a pain in the bottom, but as Spyder said, your system seems to think its not connected

Everything working fine now.

The Control Center app disappeared though. Any idea where I can get my hands on it? Or something that does an equivalent job?

If you log into your PCSpecialist account and go to Tech Support there is a download section. Select your operating system and you should have all your drivers and associated software there including Control Center.

I see a version for windows 10, but not for windows 11.
I had the exact same problem. You need to contact PCS and tell them that you need to be giving a version of CC for Windows 11. Depending who you get on the other end of the phone or email, you may be told that the Windows 10 version works with Windows 11. It does not. You need to insist they get you a version specifically for W11.
