Yep, it's the AC battery part of the charger. Laptop charges with the old charger but not my new one. I'm assuming I can get this covered by PCspecialist?

Its the adapter, just tried an older adapter which is smaller, so doesn't fit fully BUT the laptop is currently charging. Gunna check if its the bit that plugs into my laptop is the faulty bit OR the battery pack bit. Get back to you ASAP
