I've just spoke to PCS and they've told me to RMA it - thanks for your help regardless.

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Continuous BSOD, unable to boot in. Clean installation of windows still sees them

Just to say, now, it reverted back to the old problem and Windows has been completely wiped off without anything (having to use my old deskto) The instructions were followed directly from PCS; here:

I've done that with not much results unfortunately - each time I restart the computer for example the same BSOD comes up

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Continuous BSOD, unable to boot in. Clean installation of windows still sees them

Hi, Bought my PC last August (or well, it delivered then following the 3080 disruption), and it was working fine for a few months, until recently. Here are the specs: I updated to Windows 11 the other week, and started seeing a few BSOD problems. These BSOD would flash for half a second so I...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST ASUS ROG Strix 3080

I received my PC having waited 138-145 days for the total processing. Unfortunately my PC arrived damaged - the graphics card latch was broken and came off, and the panels on the back of the PC were bent! I couldn't find any screws inside or the missing latch so no idea what happened! They...

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RTX 3080

Anecdotally outside of lack of power and overclocking Zotac cards have received a bit of a poor rep over the years because the build quality has been subpar in some cases: (e.g. see here: ) They perform around 1%-2% "worse" than the rest for a lot of games, see this collation of TechPowerUp...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST ASUS ROG Strix 3080

I'm at 125 days, so hopefully the comment a few lines above is true... if I had just built it a few months ago I'd have just gone for the regular 3080 really but now might as well hold out.

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RTX 3080

This is a very helpful article - I don't think it's been posted yet. It alludes to Gavras' point from before about material shortages. https://hexus.net/tech/news/graphics/147074-nvidia-rtx-30-supply-issues-just-due-gpu-shortages/

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RTX 3080

I don't really have anything to gain from this, because it's an opinion people will still have regardless. I'm making a reference to the fact that people had to push - but have got answers to (so obviously it is possible to a degree) - where they were in a queue. It's fine to say they're a...

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RTX 3080

..like I said, 'at least' that there would be an easier sense of communication on where you're at in terms of queue time.

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RTX 3080

You should perhaps take a step back. I made no comment about PC Specialist being incompetent at all or how they should do better. My comment about the Strix (if that's what you're referring to) is not a reference to PCS, it's a reference to general European stock in comparison to other regions...
