Well just a quick update, I noticed that Adobe Creative Cloud was 'doing stuff' in the background, so uninstalled it and opened ONI and it is playing fine now, could this have been the cause? -

Hey, So I brought a new PC that got delivered just over a week ago (specs posted below) and am overall very pleased with everything. I am able to play Death Stranding with no performance issues, however, Oxygen Not Included (ONI) is simply unplayable. When I start a new game the screen freezes...
