    If i order a pc without an OS will the version of windows 10 they install to test be able to be activated with an OEM key that i buy? Also if i buy it without an OS will they have updated the bios on the motherboard and set it up properly?

    The monitor im going to be buying is an LG UltraGear 24GL600f https://www.lg.com/uk/monitors/lg-24GL600F I'll also be connecting it to my 4k tv at times to play some games and watch movies and other media on that in a higher resolution
