Thanks Ubuysa. I sincerely hope that PCS does resolve this for me quickly and completely. Last time they were very good, (once i got passed the front line, who were quite stubborn about it being a software issue and thus not their problem).

Really? Argh, i can't believe it. This is the second time i've had to send a PC back to them, the first they couldn't resolve a problem with the chassis and were awaiting new fireware from the manufacturer. Now this. Thanks for your help Spyder. Can't say i'm too impressed with PC specialist at all.
