    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Placed an order a month ago (22 Aug), it's still in pre-production. Is this normal?

    12 working days i have been waiting (17 days total) placed order on Sept 3rd. If i had known it would of taken this long i would not have bothered. There may be staff shortages due to Covid and it's created a backlog.
