About 2/3 months ago I purchased the Viper laptop from you and was really pleased with it. But now I have decided that I want an upgrade for my CPU. I originally chose the Intel i3 processor, but now I would like to upgrade to the i5. Is it possible to do it with my particular laptop?
Today my new Viper II 18.4' arrived, good service all round and everything is working perfectly, apart from whenever I hover over the battery status icon it says 'no battery detected' with a little empty battery with a red cross next to it. Now, every so often it'll change to the charging icon...
I'm looking at buying the Viper II, and unfortunately my budget is limited to a maximum of £700, what is the best spec of this laptop for under £700?
