Finally I opened the laptop and the sellers have forgotten to connect the battery. Now is detected!

Here is all the information in spanish. I put BOLD the battery information. I didn't know about the warranty. First I will wait if they reply and then I will do it but I don't know what things I can do if I open because I don't understand anything about hardware :( Thanks for try to help me! :)...

I wrote here because I don't want to open it. If I do I will loose the warranty I'm checking with this post if anyone had the same problem. I sent the email today. So I hope tomorrow have a reply of them or they send me a new battery. Thanks
