there is nothing on the screen except for the time and date and the internet emblem when you click on the screen it goes straight to the pin

the image on the last message and the one attached on this is the only screens the computer lets me access

It doesnt come up with that it all come ups with is that message and set up pin but that doesnt work have tryed logging in with safe mode but comes up with a error and sends me back to the log in screen the image attached is the only screen i can access through the normal login process
