    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Windows doesn't always start on boot-up

    I have a Vanguard All-in-one. On 1 in 10 start-ups, Windows fails to start. I just get the PC Specialist banner. The only recovery is a power-cycle plus fingers crossed. Keeps happening. Any ideas?
