PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Ionico - Fan/Airflow/Vapor Cooling Chamber Whistle

Thanks Arn. I've had mine over a month now and it's still there. Some electrical tape over a very small part of the grill on the bottom has reduced the noise of the whistle. It hasn't effected temperatures either. It's quite clearly an airflow issue which is quite disappointing.

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Ionico - Fan/Airflow/Vapor Cooling Chamber Whistle

Recently purchased an Ionico 16" Laptop (spec below) and the fan/vapor cooling chamber has a constant whistle. The whistle goes away when the bottom cover is removed so I think it is an airflow issue. I love the laptop but the whistle (although relatively quiet) is infuriating. It's a constant...

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Vapor Chamber Cooling

Looking at the 16" Ionico Laptop, probably with RTX 4060 I notice it has 'Vapor Chamber Cooling' which is described as "Max Out Performance: A vapor chamber cooling laptop is a laptop that uses a unique PC cooling system to keep its components cool and prevent overheating. Unlike traditional...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Did I get a dud battery?

That was my view. The capacity reduction and consequently the amount of time it can go between charges has been massively different. Same usage, same on charge amount per day, laptop is 'cleaned' internally every 3-4 months.

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Did I get a dud battery?

Thanks both for your responses. I understand they are classed as consumable and I wasn't going to go after a refund/replacement via PCS for this one. The battery life is so poor that I was considering buying another one from PCS but wouldn't want to replace it with a battery equally as bad. I...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Did I get a dud battery?

Had a Recoil III GTX since June 2019. Battery was fine until it started bulging and was pushing the touchpad up. Old battery life was fine and windows battery report only listed a drop of capacity from 46,740 mWh to 45,600 mWh however I decided to replace it due to the bulging. New battery...
