ive never had a water cooled pc before. i would prefer to run air if possible because i am more comfortable with it (ik that sounds stupid its just how i feel) do you think this cooler will cause a problem?

What i have done is cloned my hdd to my ssd. So when i get a PCS pc would i wipe the ssd while its plugged into my old pc then transfer it over and it will let me install windows like that?
