Can anyone tell me which device the keyboard may be so I can disable it ?

Hi guys it's been 10 days with no responces from tech support. Can anyone advise on opening it up to check for keyboard connection?

Its not in warranty unfortunately. It was the first time it happened though ! I lost the driver that was working at the time when I clean wiped it. Ill ask TS for any suggestions for other drivers and go from there.

ok ill ask tech support! Also to answer your previous question yes it was a complete clean install off a usb. no ive never opened it up! mainly because i thought it fixed it with the driver the first time. any suggestions how to go about it?

Re the traingle it just says : USB\DEVICE_DESCRIPTOR_FAILURE The chassis is TONGFANG according to the sticker. Model no GI5CN5E
