Hi, I'm looking to upgrade a PC for someone but I can't find how the Articad software actually uses the GPU. Their current PCs have very basic GPUs and Threadrippers of at least 24 cores and they complain its slow. As for your build I think you'd be better saving money and going for DDR4...
