There’s 2 white dots on the touchpad. One on left and one on right. Double tap the right hand white dot and it should light up and disable half the touchpad. double tapping left dot disables whole touch pad

Just had an email back today regarding a full refund and they have said as one month has passed since delivery they won’t refund it

I noticed this on my valeon too. There is marks on the screen from the keys. The marks wipe off but must mean the keys are touching the display. Are you planning returning yours?

Hi, I have had my valeon for 1 week now. Its the Ryzen 9 5900HX with RTX3080. So far temps seem to be ok. I'm getting 84'c on the CPU and around 72'c on the GPU whilst playing Assassins Creed Valhalla and GTA V. I'm using it on a cooling pad. Perhaps someone can compare temps with their Ionico...

That software worked, it took longer to insatll and restarted a couple of times and when completed the device no longer has an exclamation mark. Thanks very much for your help with this :)

Yeah it seems like there is something missing. Inside the Audio zip is Realtek install files which I've installed too.

I used that same tool you sent me. I think it detects whats needed itself?
