    The voltage is 1.2 for both old and new. By timings, do you mean latency? If so, it is the same for both the old and new RAM sticks, 15-15-15-36.

    I tried putting the old RAM back in. On powering up, I got a half blue-screen half pcs loading screen. Then, after a few restarts, it froze on the pcs logo many times. Didn't even get to the windows install screen.
